1. Acceptance of Terms
By checking the box marked “I Agree” associated with these Media Usage Terms & Conditions during the booking process, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not be able to use some functionalities of the services or facilities at Passos Media Podcast Studio without such consent. However, if you have concerns or disagree with these terms, please contact us at hello@passos.media to discuss alternative arrangements.
2. Media Capture and Use
a. Consent to Capture: You consent to the recording and capture of photographs, video, and audio during your podcast sessions at our studio.
b. Purpose: The media captured may be used by Passos Media for promotional purposes including, but not limited to, advertising, marketing materials, and social media postings.
c. Scope of Use: You grant Passos Media the perpetual, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute the media for promotional activities. Your social media profiles may be tagged in posts featuring the media unless otherwise requested.
3. Withdrawal of Consent
You may withdraw your consent for the future use of newly captured media by submitting written notice to Passos Media. Withdrawal does not affect any use of the media that occurred prior to the receipt of notice.
4. No Compensation
You acknowledge that you will receive no financial compensation for the use of media in which you are identifiable.
5. Review and Approval
Prior to publication, you will be given the opportunity to review and approve any promotional content that features your identifiable likeness or voice, ensuring it meets your approval.
6. Modifications to Terms
Passos Media reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications become effective immediately upon posting in the booking system. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept those changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, where Passos Media operates.
